Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The packaging must be intact and show no signs of tampering.
Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, as well as our commitment to quality:
Opened products cannot be returned or refunded. This is to prevent the risk of contamination and ensure the integrity of our argan oil products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at LondonOils13@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if the product is damaged or defective.
Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Packaging: Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the product back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria:
If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If the product is found to have been opened or tampered with, it will not be eligible for a refund, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
